Delivery

Delivery can take 2-7 depending on which courier you have selected at checkout. You will be updated on your delivery via email and/or text.

Returns

To return or exchange an item contact us via https://www.rotibox.ca/pages/contact or email info@rotibox.ca for instructions. Providing your order number and reason for return will help speed up the process.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 20 days of receipt.
  • Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with all enclosed documentation, this includes the bubble bag. If these conditions are not met, your refund will not be processed as per terms and conditions on the website. Due to the nature of rotibox, please be advised we scan all returns to make sure they have not been in contact with food/flour. For hygiene reasons we have to run these checks. If flour has been in the rotibox, please be advised, it will be detected and flagged in the system, and you will not receive a refund.
    • If it was part of your purchase - the rotipin must be returned - unopened, unused and in the original packaging or we will deduct the full price of this item from the monies we refund. The rotipin must NOT be placed INSIDE the rotibox as this will cause damage to the interior and means the item cannot be resold and your refund will not be processed, therefore, just as you received, pack the rotipin on top of the rotibox near the opening of the cardboard box.
       
    • All 5 non-slip pads must be returned - unopened, unused and in the original packaging or we will deduct the full price of this item from the monies we refund. 
  • Please Note:
    1. Goods will only be accepted as returned if they are despatched within 20 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
    2. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
    3. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
    4. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

International Returns

  1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us in its original condition (unused and in original packaging) within 20 days of receipt - for full instructions on how to do this contact us via https://www.rotibox.ca/pages/contact or email info@rotibox.ca where we will advise you of the next steps. Please provide your order number and reason for return as it will speed up the process.
  2. Please note the cost of the return will be your (the customers) responsibility.
  3. Due to the complexity and cost of international shipping, we reserve the right to refuse exchanges but will endeavour to work with customers to find the best solution as customer satisfaction is our top priority.
